Taylor assisted me in purchasing the Parker bedroom set and 3 accessories. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, professional and went out of her way in ensuring I had all the necessary info re my purchase and delivery etc.

Great furniture store, the staff is very enthusiastic and attentive. They helped us explain everything and went out of their way to assist us. It was a delightful experience, and we will definitely go there again.

The women named Taylor was so extremely rude! The man that was working was so amazing!! But she was so rude and disrespectful to my mother. My mom wanted a picture frame and there was no sign not to take the product you want off the wall so she brought it to the cashier and she literally freaked out on us being so disrespectful saying don’t take things off the wall! We said there is no sign? And she’s like you should know not to take things off the wall. And she kept arguing… this was our favorite store but with how extremely rude she was I just couldn’t believe it.

After calling to ensure the product I wanted was at the store, I drove an hour to the store and was told the system was down. The last time I was at Urban Barn a couple of months ago, the system was also down but they were at least taking payments. There were no other options for purchasing and no options for shipping to a closer store. I was told I could call the next day to pay and secure the product. I called the next day and was told that there was no one at the store that could do that and would need to call another day. Very frustrating to buy two photo frames!

I am a huge fan of Urban Barn and have purchased most of my furniture there in the past 8 months. I just noticed a crack in my extra large beautiful table. It has to be a defect. The table is so thick and has a bit of a distressed look to it so unless you look on the end you may not notice it. I'm worried now that I see how deep it is. I have reached out to Urban Barn to see if they stand behind their products but haven't heard back from them yet. I just furnished by home office on the weekend! I absolitely love the style of their furniture!

I purchased the parker bedroom set for over $7k with tax. Upon assembly I noticed a nail sticking out. I called the store to explain this and spoke to a gentleman who was very empathetic and said simply to take a photo and email to the store.After emailing the store the photos below they told me they can exchange it at their warehouse on annacis island. I didn't think it was reasonable for me to cover the expense of transporting this there to make up for a dangerous flaw in their furniture.So I called the store and spoke to the manager jewel. She said she didn't see a nail only a small chip in the paint which they consider normal on a piece like this. She refused to take my word for it that the image in the photos was in fact a nail. I have included exact unedited quotes from her email.This picture does not depict a hazard that would result in a full exchange delivery for this piece. My husband and I recently moved and needed new furniture to downsize. We shopped at a local Urban Barn and were very interested in the type of furniture that was displayed. As we will be purchasing for a few rooms, we were impressed with the artwork, the sectionals and bar stools to name a few pieces. The nesting tables were perfect and the drapes were of the kind we were looking for. Staff were very helpful and the store was clean and nicely staged.We are looking forward to the new counter stools we purchased and are keen to go back and purchase more items for the living room. Store was great but then forgot to charge me for delivery. Delivery should have been in 5 days but because I was not charged, the delivery was delayed while they followed-up and charged me for delivery. Paid the delivery charge by still no delivery. Purchase was several thousand dollars and still waiting on delivery - it has now been 7 business days. Disappointing delivery service after a good experience in the store.

The ladies that work in South Surrey are super friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping at this store and tell other people about my experience. Keep up the good work ladies!

Highly recommend April. She is a very courteous, helpful and sweet person. She gave me so much of her time in selecting the right accent chair for my place. Her suggestions for the interiors were super helpful. In fact she made sure that I was fully satisfied in my selection of the furniture. Even in selecting the pillows for my couch she gave her input wholeheartedly. And not to mention she has a good taste in interiors. I have made a few small purchases with her and even recently when there had been some confusion with some policy after making the purchase, she made a few adjustments right away to my satisfaction and once again made a pleasing experience.
